If you happen to be passing by, I cannot recommend this place enough. The waiters are friendly and love a quick chat. (They're bubbly and love to smile, so I'm convinced this is also a great place to work.)

I had the Rib-eye Mastercut steak tonight, and it did not disappoint. It was so tender and juicy, with a side of sweet potato chips. I also had a mixed salad- simple and sweet.

It makes sense why this lovely restaurant has such a high score. It's fancy and the service is so good, food came out pretty quick, too.

My only regret is that it's my last day here in Rotenburg and I just wish I'd visited this place sooner! okay maybe I just love food, but I will make it my mission to...

Come from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 and was looking for a decent Steak like we have at home. Rocas Steakhouse and restaurant was fantastic they have a large selection off various cuts of steak, also offering Ladies portion or the Gentleman portion depending on how hungry 🤤 you are. With various combinations of either roast potatoes or mushrooms 🍄 and large portions too. The steak 🥩 was cooked to perfection as asked. The staff made you feel welcomed and nothing was a problem. Sind nur wegen den positiven Bewertungen hingefahren. Zunächst wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Wir bestellen eine Bruschetta, Rib eye Filet mit Ofenkartoffel und Salat dazu. Tatsächlich war das gesamte Essen dort sehr schlecht- hab schon lange nicht mehr soo schlecht gegessen. Bei der Bruschetta haben wir uns bereits angefangen zu wunden. Es waren vier kleine weiße Baguette Stücke - die aussahen wie das günstigste Baguette überhaupt. Dann der Salat, hab leider kein Foto davon gemacht - wir waren ca 18-18.30h da und die Gurken und Tomaten in dem Salat waren schon total trocken. Sahen wie verwelkt aus 🙈 dann das Fleisch in Medium bestellt. Kam komplett durch an, als ich es mehrmals versucht habe durchzuschneiden war es komplett versehnt. Die Kellnerin sah es und nahm es freundlich mit. Das nächste Stück Fleisch war ein wenig besser aber qualitativ immer noch sehr schlecht. Beim bezahlen erwähnten wir das und zeigten den Salat und der Kellner meinte er hätte es dem Chef gesagt und wir könnten einen Cappuccino aufs Haus kriegen 🙈 Katastrophe, haben gesagt das wir noch nie so schlecht gegessen hätten und dann hieß es, also ihr Fleisch kommt aus Argentinien und wäre das beste. Aber natürlich, ich weis nicht ob die Menschen die da regelmäßig hin gehen, nichts besseres kennen - aber da würde ich niemals...
