Today I had an awful experience with this place. When I called to make a reservation for tomorrow, the lady on the phone hung up on me twice, by making fun with my German.

It’s not a problem that she cannot understand my German, but it’s definitely a problem that she made fun with her friends with laughters.

So if you are a tourist trying to communicate humbly with a bit German, this “tourist-unfriendly” place is absolutely the last...
