The restaurant itself is really beautiful!

The service here is amazing! The staff working here are really friendly, professional and attentive! They go the extra mile and smile to make your meal even more delicious! After all, a smile helps the food taste better! Good service, better appetite! Special mention to Ramona! What a sweetheart! I asked my Rösti to be without cheese, she listened and served it the way I wanted it. She smiled throughout the whole order and throughout our entire stay! Thank you for the great service!

The food is superb here, and the prices are very friendly too!

Definitely recommend this place if you're shopping at Huma, or even if you're just looking for somewhere to have breakfast/brunch/lunch. You will...

Well, if I disregard text below, today April 2023 II felt nace... so stars are coming 🙂👌 Modern, spacious ..good burgers...friendly young staff. Coming alone or with a family and children, Extrablatt is the place to visit :) Unfortunately, today (17 Sept. 2022) only one star for the management. I was interrupted 3 times during lunch. I was asked to move because the table was pre-booked without me being notified when I seated. I Agreed to finish earlier, befor booking time, but, staff insisted. I was not felt apriciated today (in front my wife and daughter).. That's is not a way to do it,.. that is not a way Extrablatt! Shame on you for...

Alles super und doch nur 2 Sterne ❓

Vorweg: Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön. Wir haben sehr lecker gegessen und getrunken. Ich hatte Tacos 🌮 die etwas schwer zu essen waren, dafür aber super lecker.

Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Jetzt kommt das Aber: Auch wenn das sicherlich nur eine Momentaufnahme ist, sehe ich hier ein grundsätzliches Problem.

Das Herren 🚾 hat abartig nach Urin gestunken. Bevor ich es gemerkt hatte klebten schon meine Schuhe von unten. Unter dem einem Urinal waren etliche Spritzer und Flecken unter dem zweiten Urinal war eine riesige Pfütze. Ich denke aufgrund dessen wurde auf dass normale WC ausgewichen und auch dort waren überall Urinflecken, sowohl auf dem ganzen Boden, als auch auf dem WC selber.

Ich habe auf den aushängendem Reinigungsplan geguckt, die Reinigung hatte gegen Mittag stattgefunden. Ich war gegen 16.30 Uhr dort. Ich habe danach einem Mitarbeiter darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt und er sagte er kümmert sich drum. Da ich niemanden vom Personal habe in Richtung 🚾 gehen sehen, habe ich unsere Bedienung noch einmal darauf angesprochen. Sie hat sich bei mir sichtlich unangenehm entschuldigt und mir mitgeteilt, dass die Reinigung 1 x am Tag durch eine externe Firma erfolgt. Als ich gegen 21.00 Uhr gegangen bin und noch einmal die Hände waschen war, hatte sich Zustand nichts verändert.

Auf Bilder habe ich verzichtet, aber wie kann es sein bei einem so großen Restaurant mit ich denke mal mehreren hunderten Besuchern am Tag, dass nur eine Reinigung stattfindet??

Daher kann ich trotz aller positiven Aspekte nur 2 Sterne geben. Diese hygienischen Zustände...
