O'Vino — Restaurant in Scharmützelsee

This is my second visit to the place and I am kind of disappointed. For the restaurant of this level and price my food tasted.. well... it was not good. I had schrimp with tomato sause and garlic, which seemed had no garlic at all, but the worst is that tomato sause tasted like cheap canned sauce like Uncle Benz. Maybe I just dont understand anything in high end food, but why do you put SOO much sugar into your tomato sause? It was like not delicious at all, warm tomato jam with schrimp in it. No taste of oregano or garlic or tomato, just OVER sweet sause and a bit of schrimp. And undercooked hard carrot. Why did you do that sweet sause? Was it a try to hide not ripe tomato? Or was it really canned tomato sause for such a huge price? Despite this meal I still give 3 star cause other foods were normal also at my first visit here. Hopefully it was just a bad day or it was probably not my dish. However... try to ask more people about this dish. It is hard for me to imagine who...

Leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Der Service hat sich bemüht. Bei 5 Servicekräften und einer nicht ausgefüllten Terrasse leider doch nicht umsichtig genug.

Zum Essen. Für Kinder gibt es keine separate Karte. Es wurden Nudeln mit Tomatensauce angeboten, die leider versalzen waren. Die Kinder griffen dann zum Brot was zur Vorspeise gebracht wurde.

Die Definition von Vitello Tonnato sollte jedem bekannt sein, der es anbietet. Hier sollte aber eher „Salat ala Vitello Tonnato“ stehen. Kapern suchte man vergebens, dafür bekam man 2Esslöffel schwarze Oliven drüber. Alles versteckt unter einem Berg Salat. Man fragt sich ernsthaft, warum man dafür 18,50€ bezahlen muss.

Die gleiche Präsentation dann auch bei der Vorspeisenplatte für Zwei. Alles versteckt unter einem Berg Salat.

Eine Energiepauschale für 1,50€ wird pro Person erhoben. Alles gut und schön, aber draußen bei Licht aus der Natur? Ebenfalls für Kinder? Schaut man sich die Preise der letzten Jahre an, wurde hier auch alles in die Speisen mit einkalkuliert. 6€ für 4Personen für einen Besuch von 1Stunde finde ich enorm frech. Eine Alternative wäre 2€ pro Tisch. Da würde ich auch nicht meckern, aber wenn ich schon für einen Salat (Vitello Tonnato) fast 19,00€ bezahle, dann entschuldigt wenn ich es sage, dann ist das nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich bezahle im KaDeWe für das gleiche, in eindeutig zarterer und feinerer Form und besserer Präsentation zwei Euro weniger.

Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht. Denn die Lage ist top und wir hatten uns auf ein schönes...

Food quality and service was totally fine! They changed my pizza exactly how i wanted because of the allergy to burrata cheese! I love the size of my pizza it wasn’t big but it was so heavy which I found not good fir italian pizza but taste was wonderful 😋 Pasta we ordered from daily card , was fresh and tasty as well!
