Piraten Burger — Restaurant in Soltau

I bought a Admiral Bacon Burger. The name is „Bacon“ Burger! I ordered it without cheese. While eating we noticed that it was without bacon. I thought the staff ordered a wrong one so it’s also ok if the price was same as classic menu. But when I checked the receipt it says Bacon Burger. I told the staff that my Bacon Burger was without Bacon. One of the staff told me I ate the bacon so he can’t give me a new one. We were 2 kids and one woman, It was not tasty and I wasn’t planning to report this issue to get the another Bacon Burger. I told them so that they know that their staff forget to put bacon in the bacon Burger. But instead of an apology or to accept they forgot it, I was told I was lying by telling me I ate the Bacon. If I could give zero star I would do that!!!

I hate this. Me and my family visited this place and it was a very bad experience. The workers were very rude and looked like they wanted to leave their jobs and that is not the attitude i like to see. The pricing of the food is outrageous. The quality doesn't stand with the price. One burger, drink and fries cost me aboht 13 euros. Are you kidding me?! While eating there were bugs flying around. Just disgusting. Also the deposit system is very weird. You should be able to get the same drink in the same cup without having to return the cup and buy it again. Just awful! Do not reccomend this to my...

Bisher haben wir immer gerne beim Piratenburger gegessen. Ich als Vegetarier habe mir meistens den veganen Burger geholt und der hat mir echt gut geschmeckt. Auch beim letzten Mal hatte ich diesen Burger, aber als ich abgebissen habe, hat es irgendwie anders geschmeckt. Daraufhin hat meine Schwester auch mal probiert und gesagt, dass das Fleisch wie eine ganz normale Frikadelle schmeckt. Klar, das vegane Fleisch soll möglichst echt schmecken, aber normalerweise schmeckt es einfach ein bisschen anders. Normalerweise ist das cegane Fleisch auch eher rosa und hat so kleine Zwiebelstücke dadrin. Aber mein Fleisch sah auch ganz anders aus, es war braun und die Stücke haben gefehlt. Auch der Geruch war anders. Also sind wir rein gegangen und haben nachgefragt. Die Mitarbeiterin war ganz freundlich und hat letztenendes ihre Chefin geholt. Diese war jedoch richtig unfreundlich. Sie ist gar nicht richtig auf und eingegangen. Irgendwann hat sie mal ein veganes Fleisch zum Vergleich geholt. Es sah einfach komplett anders aus. Doch sie meinte, dass das das gleiche Fleisch wäre und das nur anders aussehen würde weil es gebraten ist. Aber unser Fleisch sah sonst immer so aus wie auf der Verpackung. Also kann das ja nicht wirklich sein. Und dann hat sie einfach nur gesagt dass das das richte Fleisch sei und ist gegangen. Ich habe das natürlich danach nicht mehr gegessen. Aussehen anders, Geruch anders, Geschmack anders und sie will mir erklären dass das das gleiche ist? Also das ganze Geld umsonst. Dennoch drei Sterne weil das Essen ansonsten bisher...
