Fantastic place for delicious German food and drinks! There was a good variety in the menu and unlike many other German beer-garden restaurants, this place had many vegetarian options too...! And the ones we had were really good... The chips with guacamole dip was exquisite as a starter and my friends loved the beer as well. The staff was really friendly and spoke English too.. The interior was very German and I liked it. So that was a plus for me! The waitress was very courteous and allowed me to place my order in German vs some other restaurant that will brush a patron off and get on with English. She checked on me twice to see. An exceptional service.

The food was great. I had a pumpkin soup and a pork schnitzel. The portion was good and I had little room for a dessert, but completed with a cup of coffee.

Super taste and atmosphere experience after our family tour at the lake of Starnberg. We weren't luky regarding the weather this day but instead we had chosen the right restaurant for lunch (thanks to Tripadvisor^^).
