Il Vulcano Ristorante Pinseria — Restaurant in Stuttgart

Wir haben schon öfter Essen aus dem Il Vulcano liefern lassen und heute erstmalig das Restaurant persönlich besucht.

Essen: Geschmacklich sehr gut, ebenso qualitativ hochwertig. Auch sind die Speisen sehr schön angerichtet.

Service: Wir wurden zügig bedient und sehr nett empfangen. Auf dem Tisch gab es leider weder Essig/Öl noch Pfeffer oder Salz, so wie man es von anderen italienischen Restaurants kennt. Dies wurde uns auf Nachfrage aber direkt gebracht. Ebenso musste ein Löffel für die Linguine nachbestellt werden und das bereits leere Weinglas wurde nicht abgeräumt als das neue Weinglas gebracht wurde. Man saß dann vor einem leeren und einem vollen Glas :-). Bezahlung nur bei der Kasse (was nicht schlimm ist, aber ungewöhnlich und eher einen Charakter eines Schnellimbiss leider suggeriert und somit nicht zur Qualität des Essen passt). Nachfrage ob ein Espresso oder bspw. Grappa auf das Haus gewünscht ist gab es nicht (ist nicht zwingend notwendig, aber das wird auch eventuell umgangen mit der direkten Aufforderung zur Bezahlung an der Kasse am Ausgang ;-)). Ein Punkt leider Abzug für das nicht mitnehmen des Weinglases, fehlendes Salz und Pfeffer auf dem Tisch und Bezahlung am Ausgang. Ansonsten 4 Sterne absolut verdient.

Ambiente: Alles absolut in Ordnung. Was uns auffiel ist, dass das Restaurant nur halb voll und dennoch extrem laut war. Wir hätten hier jetzt nicht so gerne sitzen wollen, wenn das Restaurant voll gewesen wäre. Ein paar schöne Rollos an den Fenstern würden sicherlich dem Raum an sich noch etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit geben. Daher ein Stern Abzug wegen ein klein wenig fehlender Gemütlichkeit und Lautstärke.

Wir würden definitiv wieder dort essen, unsere kleine Kritik ist definitiv kein Showstopper sondern ein "Weiter so" mit der Option zur stetigen...

Just a great place. You are welcomed directly by the owners Ernesto and Maria who make you feel at home with their smile and their professionalism. The menu contains dishes for all tastes. Typical appetizers, first, second courses of meat and fish. Not to forget the pinse, how good, and how many... there is really plenty of choice. Desserts are really the icing on the cake. If you take a look in the kitchen you will see a young and very promising staff. Passing in the area a stop at this...

Sono stato in questo locale a mangiare e posso solo consigliare. Se siete alla ricerca di un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e piena di sapore, Il Vulcano è una tappa obbligata. Questo ristorante è una vera esplosione di gusto, specializzato in pinsa, pasta fresca e ricchi taglieri di salumi e formaggi che conquistano al primo sguardo (e al primo morso).

La pinsa è fragrante e leggera, con un impasto soffice dentro e croccante fuori, preparata con cura e farcita con ingredienti di prima qualità. Dalle classiche come la margherita alle più creative, anche con la nutella, ogni combinazione è un piccolo capolavoro.

La pasta? Semplicemente deliziosa. Che siano Calamarata, paccheri al pistacchio o piatti del giorno, si percepisce subito la freschezza degli ingredienti e l’amore per la tradizione. Porzioni generose e condimenti perfettamente equilibrati.

Non da meno i taglieri: abbondanti, curati nella presentazione e perfetti da condividere. Ottimi per un antipasto o un aperitivo tra amici, accompagnati magari da un calice di vino scelto tra le proposte di Ernesto e Maria sempre pronti a consigliare il meglio.

Il servizio è cordiale, il locale accogliente con un’atmosfera calda e informale che mette subito a proprio agio.

In sintesi: Il Vulcano è il posto ideale per una serata gustosa e rilassata. Che siate amanti della buona cucina o semplicemente in cerca di un ristorante dove sentirvi come a casa, qui andrete sul sicuro....
