Our friend, out of nowhere, got jumped in the club and fell to the ground. Instead of kicking out the guys that started the fight, the bouncers ganged up on our friend, who was already half unconscious, and very violently dragged him out of the club and proceeded to beat him outside again when he tried to resist. They forcefully held his head up and took pictures of him when he was laying on the ground outside and when we asked what happened, they wouldn’t say anything. About 15 minutes later one of the bouncers came up to our friend AGAIN out of nowhere and very violently beat him up, he couldn’t do anything and fell to the ground again. I was there more and less a week ago. In that day there was an offer, a Gin Tonic for 3€ each, so I ordered two. The Problem began when I paid for the two drinks… I paid 15€ instead 6€. After realizing i paid more money I went to the boss. Zwei Sterne für das nette Caféambiente und die leckeren Getränke und Snacks.

Allerdings ist der Service ausbaufähig. Ich kellnere selbst seit knapp acht Jahren und habe nicht zuletzt deswegen viel Verständnis für andere Gastromitarbeiter/innen. Allerdings kann ich den Service von vier Leuten bei ca. 10 besetzten Tischen nicht entschuldigen.

Das letzte Mal saßen wir drinnen, während die anderen Leute draußen saßen. Vermutlich aufgrund dessen wurden wir erst einmal vergessen und mussten nach knapp 15 Minuten jemanden herwinken. Man hat uns am Eingang gesagt, dass freie Platzwahl ist, das heißt, mind. ein Mitarbeiter hat uns als Gäste im Café registriert. Die Getränke dauerten noch einmal 15 Minuten. Danach wollten wir noch Kuchen essen, der nie bei uns ankam. Nach weiteren ~15 Minuten entschieden wir uns, zu zahlen und auf das Essen zu verzichten, das nicht einmal auf der Rechnung aufgeführt war, also komplett vergessen wurde.

Wie gesagt kann ich das entschuldigen, wenn viel los ist, allerdings macht es einen schlechten Eindruck, wenn man die Anzahl der Gäste und die Anzahl der Servicemitarbeiter/innen bedenkt.

Dass ich eine solche Erfahrung mit dem Service nun bereits zum dritten Mal im Schaf machen musste, hat mich dazu veranlasst, diese Rezension zu schreiben.
