S Lounge — Restaurant in Unterföhring

I kept seeing this bakery on my daily commutes and wanted to try their advertised “Sulubörek” after finishing work.

Was a bit too late for that today as they ran out of the anticipated dish but the gentleman - I am guessing the owner - just handed me another tasty snack for free, presumably due to closing time approaching.

It’s truly refreshing to encounter such hospitable, generous and genuinely good people. When I googled their bakery, it wasn’t all too surprising to see their exceptional & well deserved ratings.

Honestly, this is the kind of small business that deserves all the support the community can offer. Will definitely drop by often to fix random cravings, as well as try out some of their other offerings.

Trotz Premium-Location und vielen guten Bewertungen kann ich diese Bäckerei-DHL-Kombo höchstens für belegte Teilchen empfehlen. Wer hier ein Café, z.B. zum Frühstücken, erwarten, wird enttäuscht. Es gibt keine Frühstücksmenüs wie in den meisten ähnlichen Läden, keinerlei Joghurt, Müsli, Omelett, keine Vollkornprodukte, kein Roggenmehl o.ä., außer bei den fertig belegten Teilchen. Statt Doppio macchiato kam ein säuerlicher Espresso. Dafür und für 2 Teilchen habe ich 10 Euro bezahlt. Am Ende habe ich bereut, die Zeit nicht am Flughafen...
