One week later the order is still processing; no shipping has been effected and no reply to various e-mails of mine enquiring what the cause for the delay was. If items are not in stock, the minimum of courtesy and politeness would require a shop to at least reply to communication and keep the customer informed. This is not the case with this sleepy and/or indifferent establishment, so I ended up raising a Paypal dispute to ask for a refund of the amount paid in order to make the purchase elsewhere. We had a big group meeting appointment there (as a part of Munich Coffee Club) - we travelled from Munich center just to be told we can’t come. (No info on the website as we checked before organising). We won’t organise ever again coffee meet up there, we won’t recommend it to any of our members anymore. Munich is full of dog friendly places, so just go somewhere else. I will add the staff misinforms this is a law in Germany - it is not, otherwise 99% places would be operating illegal. It is owner choice to not allowed dogs....
