We were relocating to Munich and during our house search in Munich (which is more difficult as winning lottery 😊) we stayed in NH - Unterhaching. The first impression at reception while check-in was excellent where Martina and Lajos were at Desk. They are not only customer oriented but also helpful beyond you expect. Lajos was not only giving full information about hotel, but also traveling by public transport, walk etc. with ready maps, timetables etc. and during same time Martina with smiles offering us ice creams in sunny hot days. At breakfast, excellent service by Rasel with welcoming smile who was asking individually customer about there wish and service to the table. His service at breakfast time felt like Royal treatment. There are also other people like Hilli and other staff members (We don’t know names) were also helpful. Thanks to housekeeping staff too. Staff we dealt in NH - Unterhaching could be truly role models for Hotel Management studies. I am confident that if each trainee work with these kind of positive staff could be beneficial for individual but also all Hotel service industries. Please keep the same standard ahead guys. We unconditionally recommend this Hotel to get this experience yourselves.
Thanks and Regards, Mahesh &...

The hotel is located on a roundabout and can be noisy at rush hours. Mornings specifically.
Pillows are very soft and either too large or too small. Hotel doesn't put water in rooms.

There are also some small restaurants shops, supermarkets, & bakeries nearby. 👎The hotel lacks dining options. There is no restaurant on site and the nearest ones are about 10 minutes away by foot. There is no outside area (e.x. garden) where you can stay and enjoy your coffee, drink or breakfast. ✅So, if you are looking for a typical but spacious and comfortable accommodation with a good breakfast and easy access to Munich, in a more quiet area than the centre , definitely a...
