McDonald's — Restaurant in Verwaltungsgemeinschaft Bad Rappenau

This was obviously a very challenging time for the staff as they struggled to cope with the huge number of orders in a short time, and I believe there was a problem with the electronic system. However, it became obvious that somehow they had lost our order slip and I tried several times to alert them to the fact that they were serving people who had ordered much later than us.

Customers left without food in disgust but as it was Sunday night and on the way back to our hotel we felt we were prepared to wait - but in the end we were there for over an hour waiting for food which makes this the worst McDs we have visited in the whole world. I cannot fault the wonderful people in the queue who tried to help me as my 20 year old school days German was not enough to communicate effectively with the staff, but staff continued to be rude, insulted me in German and did little to help until they finally realised their mistake.

To be shouted at by staff when they had lost our order slip is completely unacceptable. I appreciate the kindness of the server who finally helped. Extra fries as an apology was welcome until I opened our takeaway order after we'd left and one of our Big Mac's...

Auf Nachfrage warum kein Tischservice angeboten wird kam nur als Antwort von dem Herrn von der Essensausgabe(billige Arbeiter). Nachdem das Essen ausgegeben wurde haben wir den einigermaßen saubersten Tisch genommen( andere Kundin putzte selber)da eigentlich alle total verdreckt waren,Essen wie beim letzten Besuch vor ca.5 Jahren natürlich kalt. Die Essensrückgabe erfolgt ja bekanntlich vom Kunden selber,aber wie denn wenn alle Wägen total überfüllt sind mit Abfällen.

Abfällige Äußerungen gegenüber anderen Kunden sind auch gefallen durch eine Dame (sprach am besten deutsch).

Da der Inhaber Herr W. kritikunfähig ist und mich 2019 als Ars...... am Telefon bezeichnete auf meine damalige Beschwerde warum keine Gutscheine genommen werden( Er zahlt angeblich dadurch Weihnachtsgeld und Urlaubsgeld,was mir ziemlich genau hinten vorbeiging) war das jetzt definitiv der letzte Besuch. Eine Email an Mc Donald Deutschland und den WKD in Heilbronn ging vorhin raus,in der Hoffnung dass der Laden bald geschlossen wird,hat ja zum Glück der Kunden mittlerweile nur noch 3 oder 4 Tage in der Woche geöffnet. In Sinsheim herrschen ähnliche Zustände,liegt aber daran dass auch dieser Laden der Franchiseunternehmer Herr W. betreibt. Fahrt lieber paar km weiter nach Rauenberg,wenn ihr euch keine Krankheiten...

Arrived prior to 9 am to read on the door they only offer drive through and no breakfast, no use of restroom, no seating. No discount coupons or app. After waIting til 9, placed order, employee was confused, (2 McDoubles) and the delivery was a hand out with no words.
