Extremely disappointing!

My visit to this place in 2021: The worst tasting ramen in a very very long time. Wrong broth, wrong seasoning, terrible meat, tho staff were friendly. 4 stars for their bubble tea but no star for their noodles.

My visit again today in 2022: I had no idea I was going to this place again. Met a friend up here who hadn’t tried it yet, and I only found out this was the place from last year at the very last minute. I have no idea how a place with the worst ramen, rice, and bubble tea offers can survive - Their ramen tasted worse than last year’s, rice wrong texture and very soupy - they thinned out the seasoning with water so it costs less to make, veggies half cooked and in huge chunks - it’s like the person who had to cook hate this job or was told to make it unbearable. We ordered bubble tea which I remembered to be okay last year, but this time they made sure all their food is horrendous- told the waitress to make it sugar-free and confirmed in two languages, it came back tasting like it was made only with sugar, waitress denied it and walked away. The person who took the offer and the owner were not friendly at all, it was as if they knew people would go there and order their not-so-cheap fake Japanese and bad Asian fusion anyhow cos of the limited offers in this area, and they don’t...

We had to wait 30 minutes before ordering we were about to leave. After asking to order one waitress said we had to wait 1h without even taking our order and an other one took our order another 5mins later, very confusing.

We ordered donburi and ramen, the donburi’s chicken was good but the rice soso. For the ramen, the noodle is so less, the pork was super thick and not soft. Overall the food is not very authentic.

Love the Food and really enjoyed my Stay. The Design of the Restaurant is really nice and the waiters are pretty friendly, just a bit shy maybe. Had 2 Orders mixed up, but they were really nice about it and fixed it pretty quick. The Ramen is not authentic Japanese, but its ok. The Sushi is really good and freshly made, also really nicely presented. Best Bubble Tea in Lörrach 😊 Will stop by...
