Came here for lunch this evening, all the way from Hinterzarten, where we were staying, by train.
Google maps stated it was open, website also shows it being open. Restaurant was all dark and closed for no apparent reason. It should only be closed on Mondays, and we came on Thursday at 7PM.
Really disappointing, and in the end we had to just go to Titisee as most other restaurants were closed or full in Neustadt.
If a restaurant can’t even manage their opening hours on a huge platform like Google and even their own website, what can they possibly manage? You shouldn’t have to call to know if a restaurant is open, and many are bad at answering the phone anyways even if...

Charging for tap water does seem outrageous. Solution: bring your own little bottle from home, and no problem. The menu is very large, prices are good.
