Breakfast Experience:
We had: • 2 Cappuccinos (with oat milk) – smooth and perfectly balanced. • Croissant – incredibly flaky and buttery, with a high-level finish. • Rührei von 3 Eiern mit Kräutern, Brot, Butter (V) - mit Speck und Zwiebel (Scrambled eggs with herbs, bread, butter, bacon, and onions) – Pure perfection! Taking a simple dish and turning it into something truly exceptional is nothing short of culinary brilliance. • Sesam Bagel mit Frischkäse, Rührei von 2, Kräuter und Kresse mit Lachs (Sesame bagel with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, herbs, cress, and salmon) – The bagel was delicious, and the salmon was a fantastic addition. We even ordered another one to share, and it was just as incredible.
Dinner Experience:
In the evening, we enjoyed a range of dishes, and I must say, the entire experience was outstanding. • Vegetable soup with chicken and noodles – While the soup was good, it felt quite ordinary compared to my high expectations from this place. I expected something more refined. • Tomato soup – Absolutely exceptional! Bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. • Focaccia – The dough was heavenly, melting in the mouth like clouds. It was perfection on a plate! • Tuna fish tartare – A masterful blend of flavors—sour, spicy, and sweet, all harmonized beautifully. Every bite was a delight, showcasing an exceptionally smart execution. Truly top-tier. • Orangensalat – A brilliant dish! The combination of flavors was insane and beyond expectations. Adding just a bit more arugula would have made it even better, but overall, it was genius and impressive. • Kräuter Risotto with roasted vegetables – Wow! The richness of flavors was astonishing. Each vegetable was coated in a luscious, flavorful sauce, and the risotto itself was perfectly cooked with a wonderful taste. A masterpiece of cooking! • Trüffelravioli – Absolute perfection. The sauce was rich and delicious, the ravioli cooked to absolute precision, and I loved the touch of serving cherry tomatoes on the vine. It demonstrated such a deep culinary understanding—one of the best dishes I’ve encountered! • Rumpsteakstreifen Tagliata – A phenomenal dish! The beef was cooked to perfection, with an ideal medium to medium-rare doneness the flavor of the Rosmarin was just wow. The pasta was cooked flawlessly al dente—simply outstanding!
Overall Experience:
The entire experience was beyond expectations, with every dish crafted with thoughtfulness and culinary genius. I’m honestly speechless.
For dinner, we ordered 9 dishes + a cocktail, and the total came to 126 euros, which was absolutely worth every euro! Knowing that this place is a fourth-generation family-run business makes it even more special. Their dedication and heritage shine through in every bite.

Read moreIch bin öfters dort gewesen. Entweder bin ich eingeladen worden oder das letzte mal mit 2 Gutscheinen ausgestattet. Wenn Feinkost beworben wird erwarte ich auch entsprechendes. Habe mirvlang überlegt was zu schreiben und nun ist es soweit. Die Brötchen immer aufgebacken auf Aldi-Niveau, Trüffelnudeln haben Trüffel nie gesehen. Aber der Umgang mit Gutscheinen und die Behandlung des Gastes wenn ich mit Gutscheinen bezahlen will, ist schon ein ganz schön starkes Stück. Innerhalb meines Familienverbundes haben sie Gutscheine im Wert von fast 200 Euro nicht eingelöst. Die Begründung fadenscheinig und äusserst unfreundlich vorgetragen (älter 2 Jahre). Immerhin nach diesen negativen Erfahrungen bin ich erlöst von Gutscheinen von diesem arroganten Laden. Meine Schwägerin hats endlich eingesehen und kauft keine Gutscheine mehr dort. Ich habs auch deutlich in meinem Freundeskeis dass, ich keine Gutscheine von Villinger als Geschenk mehr annehme und möchte.
Eine Anmerkung noch zur Antwort der Inhaberin: In anderen Läden, von denen ich noch alte Gutscheine hatte, war das Einlösen kein Problem. Der älteste war von 2012. Es ist ein Frage von Anstand und kundenorientierten Verhalten wie sie damit umgehen. Das der Gutschein bei ihnen geplatzt ist, wäre mir egal gewesen, wenn der Service OK gewesen wäre, aber das war er leider nicht. So bleibt eine schlechte unwürdige Erfahrung und Erinnerung die ich in der Art selten erlebt habe. Ich wollte es nicht erwähnen, aber meine Frau ist seit einem schweren Autounfall geh und sprachbehindert, der Umgang mit ihr war in ihrem Laden unmöglich und...
