This is my favorite restaurant and probably the best in the entire Allgäu region. The service is always incredibly friendly and professional, and the food is consistently delicious. I love that, in addition to the regular menu, they offer a seasonal menu. In the spring, you can get asparagus, and in the summer, there are dishes with fresh chanterelles. They also occasionally have special dishes, like scallops. The steaks, tagliatelle, and shrimp are simply mouthwatering, and everything is homemade. The food is just outstanding. Schrecklicher Service bei durchschnittlichem Essen! Die Karte ist recht klein und einfach gehalten, was soweit nicht das Problem ist, allerdings sind keine Allergene in den Speisekarte verzeichnet - was seit 2014 vorgeschrieben ist. Als mein Essen kam und ich die demotivierte Bedienung darauf ansprach, dass Dinge verarbeitet wurden, die ich nicht Essen kann, das allerdings nicht in der Karte beschrieben war, bekam ich eine sehr pampige Antwort a la: "WIR SIND HIER BEIM ITALIENER, DA MUSS MAN MIT SOWAS RECHNEN. ES LIEGT BEIM GAST ZU SAGEN, WAS ER NICHT ESSEN KANN!" Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, wie die Gesetzeslage aussieht und dass ich, als Gast, nicht einfach ins Blaue hinein aufzählen kann, was ich nicht esse, wenn keine Hinweise auf ein Allergen in der Karte aufgeführt ist - darauf hatte die Bedienung keine Antwort mehr. Wir kommunizierten einfach nicht im selben Intellekt. Ich bekam ein neues Gericht, dass das Geld nicht wert war. Trinkgeld gab es für solch eine Frechheit natürlich keins. Wir kommen guten...
