Heidi´s Küfer Restaurant — Restaurant in VVG der Stadt Breisach am Rhein

I cut off the top of my finger because it clamped between one of the chairsof the restaurant. When I went to ask for help I was told they were to busy to help. When they figured the blood was dripping out of the wound I was shouted at to be careful and to be quiet. I was astonished about this behavior. When I contaminated the toilets trying to get the wound cleaned the same waitress shouted that I should have taken a towel, I didn't even see them and in the consternation and therefore missed them. I now have two stitches in my finger, half of the top is off, the bones were just not hit. So what's the hurry. Very bad treatment of clients only caring for their own troubles like...

Ok this place came highly recommend so our expectations were high, and feel like mainly our experience was tainted by poor service and perhaps it being a busy night, however … upon arrival we were told it was too busy by one waitress, so, trying our luck, we came back 5 minutes late, and was promptly let in by someone else. The steak wasn’t cooked to our requirements and wasn’t seasoned. Our desert was then left waiting for too long, for which we almost missed our train back (there was no soft chocolate centre either, as promised). warum stehen hier so wenig Bewertungen??? Waren Anfang August 2021 zwei Mal hier eingekehrt, aus gutem Grund. Hervoragende Badisch-Bayerische Küche... Zudem eine sehr übersichtliche und ausgewogene Karte, besondere Tagesangebote sind auf Tafeln angeschlagen. Gleich vorweg, man sollte vor Einkehr unbedingt reservieren. Sehr angenehmer und toll gestalteter Sitzbereich im Innenhof, aber auch im Innenbereich gute Sitzgelegenheiten. Zum Kulinarischen: vorab gabs "Trio" bestehend aus angemachtem Quark (hier Bibiliskäs) mit Schnittlauch, Apfelgriebenschmalz und Obazda, dazu frische Brotscheiben, die bei weiterem Bedarf auch nachgereicht werden. Weiter gings mit dem "Münster mit Speck" Flammkuchen, knackiger Boden, leckerer Schmand, guter Käse, dünne Kartoffelscheiben und kräftigen Schinken. Auch der "Wild Wild West" mit deftiger Büffelsalami (deftig!) ist absolute Empfehlung. Der Zwiebelkrustenbraten war spitze, gut deftig gewürzt, zartes Fleisch, deftige Soße und bissfeste Spätzle, wie es sein soll. Die Salate waren frisch mit ausgezeichnetem Dressing. Sehr lecker waren die Rösti-Pommes, kannten wir so noch nicht. Die Getränkekarte ist ebenfalls sehr ausgewogen und ausgewählt. Ich habe mich übers Augustiner vom Fass gefreut. Die Bedienung war trotz zahlreicher Gäste sehr aufmerksam und flott, zudem sehr freundlich und konnte mit (leicht müden) Kindern umgehen. War echt toll bei Euch!...
