I just ordered some eggs and turned to be with shell inside, the employee said that is normal, if you want no shell make it yourself at home, i asked for the maager, they said we have no manager here. which i find not the best way to handle these kind of situations, so instead of apologizing or offering something back as a normal professional staff will do, she ignored us, knowing that my wife is pregnant and she kept eating bread...

Friendly chain bakery with good stuff. Downside: They are unable to give you normal milk with a plain coffee, you have to take the superfat evaporated milk. Because it is so painfully hard to give you some milk from the container in front of you. Furthermore they don‘t have „Butterhörnle“, a Franconian speciality, you have to take croissants. Totally weird...

It's a small cafe with only a few tables but it's a lifesaver when you want your coffee and bakery early in the morning and everything else is still closed in this part of the city. Locals seem to like this place...
