Hacienda Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

The food was decent, but there were other things that were not. The margarita was blue. When it first came to the table it tasted like tequila with blended ice. It was remade and came back with some salt and line flavors at least, but still was blue. I couldn't finish it. We were a group of 5. There was one basket of chips that was brought to the table and two bowls of salsa. The salsa tasted store bought with mixed in onions and cilantro The amount of chips wasnt enough for one bowl of salsa or a group of 5. We asked for another basket of chips. When the food was brought we asked for ketchup for the french fries, the waiter didnt bring it until the children had almost finished all the french fries, about 10 or 15 minutes later. The enchiladas, burritos, and tacos tasted good. We had to pay for the extra basket of chips. The waiter did not say it would cost extra when he brought it, but in the end it was an extra cost. I told the waiter it was ridiculous. They give a couple of two their own basket. Why not give each two people their own basket? It seems they are cutting costs in the wrong places. If you are a group, do not go here, as only couples get the special treatment. If you want authentic cocktails, do not go here. The last time we went they forgot to put any flavor on the dessert. They still served it. There is sadly no consistency or attention to detail. We had regularly gone here for Monday night dinner, but with the new owners there are too many mistakes every time. We will drive to Frankfurt or Mainz...

We are here having food right now. First of all we did make reservations on Valentine's day.

We'd like to sit next to window nice table but the gentleman said all table here are reserved till 16.00. of course after 16.15 guest came without reservation and got the table that we would like to sit. And same gentleman said to new guests can sit here till 18.00. Have he noticed that he heard everything!!! But why we can't sit? Because we came with kids?

My husband found thick and long hair inside his food. He asked to change new plate. The man service very very nice to us (not the one welcome us)

We are ordering vegetarian food and we got full meat instead. How bad experience for vegetarian people.

Food presentation so so. Definitely we won't come back here. No more and not...

This was the first time in this restaurant for me and my wife and i know, for sure, we will return back often. The service was great, the people from the restaurant were super nice (speaking English also). The atmosphere is great and especially when they turn on all the lights inside and latino style music too. But the main star is the food, i have been all over the US and a lot in west coast and i love Mexican food. This is the closest you can eat that's similar to real Mexican meals, and it was so tasty! Everything, from the starters to main meal. There are a lot of flavors on one plate, so good. I also recommend margaritas, you cant go wrong there with them. Me and my wife will return...
