Pizza Hut Wiesbaden — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

Friendly manager/staff, and quite possibly the best pizzas in Germany... certainly much better than most pizzerias. I have never dined in the restaurant because our toddler wouldn’t let us relax, but it seems like a good spot to sit down and enjoy with friends and family. All of my telephonic orders were speedily readied and served hot.

Message to the Management (together with the revised rating in total contrast to my review from 2 years ago):

The pizza I ordered last night was horrible. It was so horrible that you even beat Domino’s this time. And Domino’s is pretty horrible itself.

All-in-all I feel bummed and that I wasted all that money.

The country potatoes were fine though.

But once again, you must understand, the pizza was out of this world horrible. No one deserves to eat such horrible food. Please don’t ever serve it like that...

Ordered on lieferando and a projected delivery between 30-45 min. At 530pm I imagined this to be the case. After ordering the email gives an approximate time of 46 min. To then see that the restaurant confirmed the order will arrive AFTER 7pm. I am furious. Why offer delivery. I will edit this review if the food is out of this world but I wouldn't hold my breath after seeing the other reviews.

EDIT: I have to eat Humble pie. That food was so INCREDIBLE. Worth the wait and the best BEST American style pizza I've had in years. Price for everything was 30euro. I'm replete... Satisfied and honestly will be a delighted return customer. God dang that was an impressive feat to...

Das war unser zweiter Besuch in 6 Wochen in diesem Lokal. Der erste war soweit ganz ok... der zweite war eine völlige Katastrophe!

Das Lokal war so knapp halb voll. Eigentlich hatten wir am Eingang gewartet wie auf dem Schild gewünscht,sollten uns nach 5 Minuten dann doch selbst einen Platz aussuchen. Nach 10 Minuten haben wir dann Getränke bestellt: eine Pepsi und eine Erdbeerlimonda. Da die Dame ihren Block vergessen hatte, wollte sie sich das merken. Es kam dann eine Pepsi zero und kurz darauf die Limonade. Pepsi war schnell umgetauscht, das war kein Problem. Zum essen bestellen wir 2x das Knoblauchbrot mit Käse als Vorspeise und 2 Pizzen. Da der Block diesmal dabei war gingen wir von einem reibungslosen Ablauf aus... Kleine Anmerkung: Wenn die künstlichen Fingernägel etwas kürzer wären, klappt es vielleicht auch mit dem Stift besser!... nach 45 Minuten kamen die Pizzen. Etwas lange würde ich sagen! Ausserdem waren die eher warm wie heiß. Zudem wurde die Vorspeise komplett vergessen. Diese sollte nachkommen. Wir begannen mit der Pizza und nach einem 1/4 kam dann auch eine Vorspeise. Wir durften uns dann entscheiden was wir essen und was kalt werden sollte wärend wir weitere 10 Minuten auf die zweite Vorspeise gewartet haben. Leider fehlte jede Entschuldigung oder ein großzügiges "Knoblauchbrot geht aufs Haus"... irgendeine Reaktion halt... das bezahlen war auch nur Semifreundlich. Wir hatten wohl in der Handyzeit gestört. An den anderen Tischen lief es wohl auch eher unrund.

Die Toilette stinkt übrigens auch widerlich,beim spülen kommt quasi kein Wasser und das Defektschild hängt wohl noch ewig
