CHILLERS – Burger, Wings, Drinks & More — Restaurant in Wiesbaden

They do not even deserve the one star, i would award them a lower score if it was possible. On the 23.08 took out my family and friends to celebrate my birthday.

I was billed for a bloody mary, that i was told was not available!

The service team kept on forgetting our orders, at one point i had to actually go and look for them to remind them, they were not even embarrassed to admit that they had forgotten our order, this happened not once, but three times!!

The next day we decided to go back and order takeaway ribs as we had liked them. What we discovered when we got home was the stuff nightmares are made of. Stale french fries from the previous day and ribs that i personally buy from the supermarket, not anything like we had received the previous evening or what is adverised on their menu.

Won't ever step back into this place and i would not recommend it to anyone. You are better off spending your money...

It's hard to find a good, American-style, handmade burger in Germany (although there are certainly many false advertisements for them). Unfortunately, many German restaurants have pre-formed burgers (probably frozen) or they are pressed to death. I don't understand why they do this, because it only takes a few seconds to season meat and form a burger patty gently in your hands. Chillers has what it takes to make a great burger! YUM! The burgers are thick, delicious, fresh and juicy. The price is perfect as well. You will be full and satisfied the rest of the day. They also have a nice selection of side items. The weather wasn't nice, so I ate inside. Everything is clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. But...of course...you come for the burgers! You won't be disappointed.
