This feels like a “home-style” Korean bbq. I had much better authentic Korean bbq before - with real coal, grill directly on the pan and the pan will be exchanged few times during a meal. This is important in giving the meat a nice smoky flavor.
The side dish is a bit sloppy... I expected it to be more “Korean”. For example Kongnamul and Miyeok Muchim are typical Korean side dish, but not some packaged Japanese pickled ginger (Gari)😅 The marinate of meat could also be better...they don’t taste very authentic...
