Worst expierence ever . Went to this restaurant to open Our Fast ( because its ramadan ) and it cost 29€ . We went to restaurant and found menu card by ourself and got nothing to open our Fast. Well after a wait of half an hour we got our Order with zero Presentation and zero Taste . We ordered crispy chicken and it was without any Brot without any salad .and shawarma was like falling all filling from shawarma. Thats how u guys treated your customers???

Improve your hospitality and taste . Only making ambiance good doesnt get you customers.

The service was really bad, and the food to price ratio was really awful. The owner and his apparently daughter were really unprofessional and aren't really suited for this kind of work. The owner acted like he was doing us a favor by serving us because he usually expects "high status people" and doesn't want his restaurant to become a fast food place even though he offers fast food grade food and sub fast food service (at least the döner guys smile at you). I couldn't help but notice the other bad reviews and how the owner responded to them in such an immature and unprofessional way, and I hope they can change their ways this time. Das Al Shami in Wolfsburg hat mich mit seiner herausragenden gastronomischen Erfahrung zutiefst beeindruckt. Als Liebhaber der orientalischen Küche habe ich viele Restaurants besucht, aber dieses syrische Juwel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich von der warmen Atmosphäre und der authentischen Einrichtung verzaubert. Die traditionellen arabischen Ornamente und die gemütliche Beleuchtung schufen eine einladende Atmosphäre, die mich sofort in eine andere Welt entführte.

Die Speisekarte bot eine reiche Auswahl an traditionellen Gerichten, die mit frischen Zutaten und einer Fülle von exotischen Gewürzen zubereitet wurden. Als Vorspeise wählte ich die Mezze-Platte, die eine Auswahl an köstlichen Kleinigkeiten wie Hummus, Tabouleh und Falafel bot. Jede einzelne Komponente war perfekt abgeschmeckt und zeugte von höchster Qualität.

Als Hauptgericht entschied ich mich für das berühmte syrische Gericht Kabsa, das mit zartem Lammfleisch, aromatischem Reis und einer Vielzahl von Gewürzen zubereitet wird. Die Kombination der Aromen war einfach phänomenal. Jeder Bissen erzählte eine Geschichte von Syrien und seiner reichen kulinarischen Tradition.

Was mich besonders beeindruckte, war die Präsentation der Gerichte. Jedes einzelne wurde mit großer Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Die kunstvollen Arrangements auf den Tellern waren ein Augenschmaus und spiegelten die hohe handwerkliche Kunst der Küchenchefs wider.

Der Service im Al Shami war ebenso vorbildlich. Das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und gut informiert. Sie erklärten geduldig die verschiedenen Gerichte und gaben hilfreiche Empfehlungen. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie stolz darauf waren, die syrische Kultur und ihre kulinarische Tradition zu repräsentieren.

Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass mein Besuch im Al Shami eine wahre Gaumenfreude war. Die Kombination aus exquisitem Essen, authentischer Atmosphäre und erstklassigem Service machte mein kulinarisches Erlebnis unvergesslich.
