Papa’s Pizza Spintex Branch — Restaurant in Accra

Papa's Pizza has excellent food, however I wish I could say the same about its customer service. I came with my 2 kids since from our arrival coming from the states, we have not had pizza. We ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizzza and let me tell you: It was amazing! It was fresh and the toppings were plenty. Customer Service: our waitress assumed we were taking the pizza away when we orderd. When I told her we were dining at the restaurant, we weren't provided any plates, though I asked. To not prevent further delay, we got some napkins and started eating. After we finished our pizza, she was no where to be found when it was time to pay the bill. A very awful experience with the lady at the smoothies bar. Got there , stood there for about 15-20minutes. As she went about her duties. Asked if she won't attend to me, she replied" i didn't know you want something "and went on with what she was doing. That didn't deter me, I still went ahead to ask for the menu for the smoothies and milkshake, only for her to reply ,"go inside ". That was it for me. I called Papa's Pizza Spintex branch today and got talking to a guy called Ernest. After telling m3 about the menu, i was contemplating on which one to get when the guy cut the line while i was still talking to him. I called back, he picked and said he can't hear me because my background is noisy ( i was sitting in my sitting room at home) and he proceeded to cut the call before i could even say anything.
