Came in with 2 of my friend today, walked to the food stand and requested for for the menu which was given to us. We went through menu and decided on what to eat. We sat here for a while and no one came to take our order. We walked back to the stand to order the food and we were sent back to have our seats that a waiter would come to us to take our order. We sat there for a while and no one came to us. We called on one waiter and she delegated another waiter to serve us and she declined. We sat there for a while and no one came to take our order. We called on a gentleman who I believe was a waiter but he didn't even come to our table to listen to us. We called on the initial waiter and told her we haven't been attended to and she called one waiter by name Abigail to attended to us. Abigail responded and said 'she was attending to customers' and and walked away. We sat there for a while and decided to leave the place and find elsewhere to eat. One waiter by name Maud and another customer called us back ammd pleaded with us not leave. Maud then took our orders and served us which we are grateful. Now lets talk about the food, we ordered 3 plates of fried rice with half grilled chicken, now the food came with no coleslaw and I asked why, I was told that coleslaw is given to those who bought food that cost 50.00 and what we ordered is 65.00 each hence we won't we given. Well we accepted it probably it was their policy. Now they gave us a very small container of pepper sauce which was not enough at all we called a waiter er and requested for extra and she told us that small container costs 5.00 which I felt was outrageous. Overall the food tastes good with the sauce and not nice without the sauce . We ate it without the sauce so I can not saysay we enjoyed or the service they provided us was the best. I don't think I'll ever come back together with my friends and I wilnot recommend the ...
Read moreI usually only order a chicken shawarma from this place which tastes great, but today I made the unfortunate mistake of buying their lamb biryani. I ordered for takeout and when i went to go pick it up, they threw the biryani rice in the microwave for almost 4 minutes which should’ve been a sign. Nevertheless i took it home and went to have a bite of the rice on its own.
This rice quite literally tasted horrendous, I was and still am in shock. I didn’t even know it was possible for cooked rice to expire but i’m certain that was the flavour I was getting. It’s as if they left it out overnight for multiple days. It was mushy and absolutely stank of trash. I’m so upset that I put it in my mouth without smelling it first, I ended up spitting it out in fear of getting sick.
I can’t believe that this is what’s being served as safe and edible food for the public, I usually really enjoy my meals from here but after today i think i’m going to have to stop going...
