Sweet Roses Chinese Restaurant Spintex Branch — Restaurant in Accra

Very poor customer service in the junction mall branch. I am a regular customer. I went to the junction mall branch to buy food around 7:38pm and as I was going through the menu to place my order, the waitress told me to hurry because they are closing in such a rude tone. I asked her if that’s how they treat customers? She was like “how am I treating you? I was ticked off by her response and was leaving. she told me shebi this is where I buy food. I will be back again. Like is that a threat???? Who treats customers like this? Junction mall is where I usually buy food and the waitresses there behaves like they have zero training. They sometimes walk barefooted in the restaurant and they look unkept. I don’t know who their manager is but a lot of work needs to be done. They really need polishing. I am really upset and my friends and I are not buying...

I wish I could give them a 0 star, what kind of restaurant is this??? I used bolt food to order from the west hills branch .First of all I regret wasting money on a tasteless meal, the noodles taste bad, the chicken and vegetables sauce taste bad, the shawarma is bad, even the potato chips taste like it was made by a 6 year old ,food looks unattractive, no good aroma , and taste awful, another thing ,I ask for a chopstick and you didn’t give me, I ask for Broccoli in my noodles and you didn’t give, that’s fine ,my biggest concern is the food it’s too awful , the chicken in the vegetable is rotten .I wish someone had warned me not to buy .I’m sure you people are Ghanaians trying to cook Chinese food , because this tastes nothing like a...

Completely unacceptably!!! (A&C MALL Brunch) I ordered sweet and sour pork to accompany the plain fragrant rice I made at home and i was absolutely shocked at what was delivered to me. Sweet sugary pineapple pork with no flavour.....what happened to the sour??? As an avid Chinese food lover I am disappointed and I am seriously questioning if a Chinese person cooked this or even someone with experience with Chinese food cooked this. I would have put no stars at all if Google would let me. I am still wondering what cut of pork was used... was it even pork?? The pieces were huge, chunky and fluffy or fatty....there was no steak part to it so I have no idea.. Totally disappointed, We have had to order something...
