If you care about your health, do not go here. I found this place on Bolt Food and thought it would be a really great place to try because it has a variety of foods and smoothies. I ordered Fried Rice with Beef and a Philly Steak Sandwich. As soon as I opened the fried rice a foul smell was coming from it. I immediately start separating the Mert and notice it was coming from the beef. The beef was also super slimy. It was bad. I looked into the sandwich and it was the same beef and same foul smell.

I call the restaurant directly and they told me that I needed to talk to the manager. I was on the line for 30 min and I did not hear anything. Finally I said hello hello. A woman called to someone saying there is a customer on the phone. The gentleman who I spoke with prior, answered the phone. He tells me that their manager is in the washroom and he (the manager) will call me back.

The manager did call me back within 10 min and I was hopeful for a resolution. I tell him about the meet and he agreed that they may not have checked the meat well. He said he will see if he will get a rider to have the food delivered. I asked if he could call me and let me know. He said sure.

It’s been 3 DAYS since he said he will call me back for redelivery.

I decided not to call back because they obviously didn’t care about how severe the issue was and I ultimately wasn’t sure anymore on if the food would be fresh.

Wasted time. Wasted money. Wasted food.

Find a better place...

Please reconsider before coming to this Vida e Caffé location. I came here for some coffee and to get some light work done. They gave me a wifi password but the wifi network did not even connect on my laptop or phone and the staff did not even attempt to assist me. When I asked to use the restroom, they gave me the key and told me to use the men’s restroom because the women’s restroom had not been cleaned 🤮 no one was even bothering to clean the women’s restroom. I ordered an iced dirty chai which tasted good but the minute I picked up the cup, the lid popped off and the entire drink exploded all over my table. The staff remade my drink but the exact same thing happened to the second drink as well. They still charged me 62 ghs for the drink and didn’t even compensate me anything at all even tho I could only take a couple sips. Most of the sandwiches on their menu were out of stock and the chicken panini I ordered looked like it had come out of a package and wasn’t even warm. From reading other reviews, it seems as if their service has significantly declined over the years.

Please don’t waste your time or money here. Instead I recommend you patronize some local independent coffee shops which provide much better food, coffee and most...

Our waitress was soo friendly and ready to attend to us yesterday. We had jollof will chicken and fried rice with fish. Mind you it's not your regular look of fish and chicken. This is cut in bits and crispy fried. Waa soo exciting to see something new yet taste nice. Their washrooms are very neat. Although the food took a tad bit long it was presented soo attractively and was delicious. It's a very affordable place. The rice dish costs 32 cedi which is very affordable compared to other places. Their glass doors gives you a view of the city ,they have a very spacious place with high ceilings. The place wasn't crowded at all so if you're in for a romantic date it's the best place. Not too noisy. They have different seating areas for your needs. I will be back to try their icecream and smoothie. Not a coffe person but I'd give it a try. Wear your nose mask and sanitize.
