Whichever persons handle calls for both the Mall and Tech branches are so unprofessional. That’s just by the way. So today I felt for a particular meal, and having tasted Pice’s, I was bent on placing an order from their end. I begun calling the Mall branch from 2pm and nobody answered even as at 7pm when I kept calling. At this point, I wanted to lash it out to whoever answers my calls eventually. It was when I got home after work that I realized I had one of their riders’ number saved somewhere on my phone. And he picked my call ASAP. Mind you, I had been able to get through to the Tech branch at a point, and the lady who answered seemed to be just talking without any meaning. She seemed to be engaged elsewhere and had me repeating myself over and over, and she was proud to tell me the Mall branch could have a lot on their hands; hence their inability to answer my calls. So lame and irritating an excuse. I decided to place the order with the Tech branch and I was told to expect my food in 2hours time so I cancelled the order. 2 hours how? Back to the Mall branch. I was finally able to get through to someone, after the good rider probably prompted them. I was told to expect my order in the next hour. And as soon as I mentioned Sofoline, this dude was quick to tell me they can’t deliver since riders are not permitted to go that far. Ei! At this point, I was so fumed I had to tell him a piece of my mind, only for him to complain being the only person by the phone and equally serving customers. How is that my concern? What’s the essence of having your numbers out there if you can’t answer calls? And we talking 5 hours here. 5 good hours, and to be given that rather annoying excuse? I’ve had a couple of other bad experiences (getting wrong orders other than your preferred food choice, unbothered waiters/waitresses, just to mention a few) but this was just it for me. Read moreSeriously the place is terrible the workers there don’t know how to talk to people the food is bad I came here couple of times first time I come the tomato souce they give me next time I ask for it nobody knows. I ordered chicken and un sure they put it in microwave and brought it to me the tail was hot and the top was cold. They fry the chicken in the afternoon and keep it till night and serve it to people. I’m sure the owner is unaware about all this we wanted to talk to Menager he didn’t even come to talk to us That’s the problem we are having in this country oo the workers spoil peoples business I hope the owner will put this into consideration.

It also looked like there was only one chef....how??!! They just kept lying about the waiting time too. So unprofessional.
