Good one in kumasi. As per the website: The first phase of Kumasi City Mall is a 18 000m² shopping centre with an excellent mix of local and international retailers. It will be anchored by Shoprite and Game and incorporate 61 shops and restaurants. A five-screen cinema complex is envisioned for the future. To date, Game, Shoprite and Edgars are some of the retailers who have already committed to the development, in addition to a number of other well-known South African and local retailers.
Kumasi City Mall provides a convenient and highly accessible shopping destination to the entire city. The tenant mix will cater for the broadest possible sector of the market.
The site is ideally situated on Lake Road, just north of the recently upgraded Eastern Bypass, 6km from the airport and 2.5km from the Kumasi CBD.
Construction commenced in June 2014 and the mall was completed in April 2017.
Kumasi City Mall is Atterbury’s fourth venture in Ghana. Additional developments in the region include Accra Mall (20 619m²), West Hills Mall (27 700m²) and Achimota Retail Centre (14 622m²) in the Northern part of Accra, opened on 29...

I don't know if this place has a reputation for affordability. I don't think goods here are necessarily cheaper than what I could find elsewhere (if I could find my little things elsewhere, I probably wouldn't come here).
There's this little annoying thing, though: the price tags on the aisles don't always match what you're required to pay at checkout. Checkout prices have a way of being higher than what i quoted in the aisles. And they will tell you that checkout prices are the real ones -- the one you have to pay. In contract law, that's legal. In laws of everyday human experience, it's annoying, to...
Read moreJudging from the shoes of many in Kumasi the things there are expensive. You always see people trooping in and out of the place but you rarely see them making mass purchases. Its quite sad when you entered the place and see people especially teens just window shopping and taking pictures. I one time even witnessed group of four teen(secondary school students) moving in and out of the place multiple times in different clothes Everytime just to take pictures they find amusing and cool.that was just pathetic. You only see people doing mass sales when there are discounts at the place. I personally believe if the prices of some of the stuff are reduced their sales would increase. Also they should stop with the ghc0.99 added...
