Let me state first that we did not have fish, which is the restaurant's specialty. I will assume though that our main course was perfect (which was not, the beef burger was horrendously bland btw) and focus on the rest. The service is bad. The waiter was rather dismissive and rude when he realised we weren't having fish and it felt like we were being treated like 2nd class customers. We weren't even informed on specials we later realised were available. Tirokafteri (spicy feta spread) was most likely store-bought, bit tasteless and overpriced. Fried eggplant was all soggy and also overpriced. Kolokithokeftedes (zucchini balls) were undercooked, bland and overpriced. Read moreLike many of the other reviews, service is dreadful. So Unfriendly and non existent: they take your order and then they disappear! We had to get up and ask for extra napkins, water etc. and to say that it was busy...there were just another 2 tables occupied! They neglected to pick up our empty plates which led to a swarm of bees around the table.
Food was decent. Most of the sea food is fresh and tasty. However, a lot of the food on the menu were not available. Nevertheless, not sure if this alone makes up for the overall experience.... I would not suggest paying this place a visit...there are much better...
Read moreI believe from what I know in Greece at least that the portions are small , we were 5 people , we got grilled prawns, the plate had 6 prawns , we ordered saganaki but there was such a small portion of feta in it , the Alonissos pie was amazing . The tzatziki was a very small portion for 5 people , one teaspoon for each of us and the tzatziki was gone , and it was the first dish to arrive without any other appetizer … the food texture and the cooking was yummy but I just think small portions...
