Tucked away opposite a serene, pastoral garden brimming with greenery, this hidden gem awaits discovery. I arrived in the late afternoon to find the place completely empty — which suited me perfectly.
The design is modern with a unique twist, and the peaceful surroundings make it an ideal spot to truly savor the food. I started with the burrata, which was superb. It sat elegantly in the center of the plate, surrounded by cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and fresh greens.
Next came the carpaccio — incredibly fresh and flavorful. It was topped with truffle sauce, arugula leaves, and shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano. Personally, I prefer a touch of reduced balsamic, but even without it, I devoured every bite.
For the main course, I had the handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and truffle paste. I'm usually not a big fan of truffle, but here it beautifully balanced the richness of the cheese. The shaved truffle on top completed what turned out to be a perfect plate of ravioli, swimming in a luscious buttery sauce.
I was genuinely impressed — not just by the food, but also by the lush, green setting in the heart of Panormou. I didn’t get to try the pizza oven this time (late lunch and pizza don’t mix for me, sorry), but it’s definitely on the list for next time — along with the handmade lasagna.

Read moreOur group had a bad experience again. First visit a year ago however nothing has changed since then. The service is very slow perhaps they are understaffed however the biggest issue is with food quality. People in our group had issues because the menu described a dish as "psito" (baked) but it was prepared "tiganito" pan sheared. The dish was swimming in oil and when we mentioned it to the server she didn't care too much even though we told her we are concerned due to health reasons. On the positive they are using a wood oven for...
Read moreExcellent Neapolitan pizza, proper dough and tomato sauce, mozzarella only as basic cheese and bake in a wood oven. Good quality toppings too. Only criticism is for their pasta dishes, they are excellently cooked too, but relatively small portions for Athens standards. So, all in all, excellent quality and execution, just a little pricey. To be fair, I have not find anything in the area remotely as good at any price range, so will just stick...
