Even though We wete sitting at two separate tables, they had opened a single bill for 20 people because we were chatting with the people at the table next to us and sitting at the same table during the day. We wanted to pay what we ate and drank and pay for it. They said no, we can’t. We said, “We just met these people, we can’t pay together.” They insisted. We asked how they were going to delete it if you had taken the wrong order. They gave a ridiculous answer of “we can’t delete it.” Then they said this is state law. I said, if it is state law, you should have asked about it in advance and warned us whether we should open two separate accounts or together. But since their English was not good enough, they couldn’t understand. We were finally able to pay separately. They were lying to us straight in the face. Mixed Experience at a Chios Seaside Store

We visited as a family with two kids for evening drinks. Unfortunately, the experience was hit-or-miss.

Drinks:

The gin and tonic was decent.

The cocktail was far from the menu description and overpriced for its quality.

The iced pop was undrinkable, with flavors that didn’t match what was advertised.

Food: We tried a burger with homemade bread, but the overall construction was disappointing. The meat seemed better suited for an oven than a burger, and the use of beet leaves instead of lettuce was an odd choice.

Facilities: The toilets were unclean, smelly, and uncomfortably narrow.

Positives: The service was polite and efficient, and the seaside setting was pleasant.

Full review: The beach is great. Nice sand. It seems family owned. The place has decent and recently refurbished decor. Comfy seats.

Foodwise it s mixed: salads were good. Asked for extra sauce - didnt arrive. The burger was inedible. The bread seemed nice. As it was claimed selfmade, however the fries were tasteless itself and you could only smell/taste the oil. Also as seen on the picture the fries were left overs. The meat was disgusting. The meat was very old, dried up ready bought and reheated. Which you can see by the lack of melted cheese.

Staff was ok. Kids helping out the family, meaning well but aren’t trained.
