Iris Studios Chios — Hotel in Chios Municipality

With a couple of friends we have been spending 9 nights at Iris Studios and we cannot do other than warmly recommending this gem of structure in Karfas, just a few km away from the Airport. It's a set of 10 apartments, just two years old, perfectly built to serve as a center point for holiday time in Chios. |The beach is literally 3 minutes walk away, Karfas beach being definitely one of the nicest sand beached best equipped in the island; the entire tour of the island may take a few hours and a couple of hundreds of KM driving (roads in Chios are really beautifully kept) and many places truly deserve to be visited (Pirgi, Messa, Chios town).|As to groceries and general shopping a mini-Mkt is 50 mts away from Iris Studios and large Mkts 2 km away towards the airport.|The Iris Studios apartments are very nicely designed as single space (we had two apartments, two beds each) and equipped, with a fully furnished cooking and dining area, next to the sleeping area. The bathroom, although a bit small, is nicely decorated, with a large shower corner box. |The servicing and cleaning is granted daily, towels and bed sheets are changed daily too, courtesy beach towels and bathrobes are also provided. |Petros, the owner and manager of the property is readily available upon a phone call or a whatsapp msg. for whatever need. ||As said Karfas can represent a perfect base and starting point for daily trips to uncover the beauties of Chios, as well as a perfect stay for those who simply desire to relax and sun tan on the beach. Chios island is a little paradise and Iris Studios represent a perfect stay for a little time...

Warm hosts, stunning sea view, and ideal location Petro and his wife are exceptionally kind and helpful hosts. They took plenty of time to explain the island to us and even helped us with our car rental. The cleaning lady Maria was also incredibly attentive and always had a smile on her face. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and well equipped. A real highlight is the sea view from the large terrace - absolutely beautiful! The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is located in Karfas, just about 10 minutes by car from Chios Airport - a perfect starting point for exploring the island. We definitely recommend renting a car if you want to see more of Chios. We can absolutely understand why some guests choose to return here again and again. A truly great stay - highly recommended!

The island is full of cats, and we found it lovely to share a bit of kindness with them. We recommend picking up a small bag of dry cat food at the supermarket and carrying some with you – it’s a simple gesture that makes a big difference. Leave a little wherever you are, and you’ll make some furry friends...

It was one of the cleanest facilities I have stayed in. The sheets, pillows, covers, and towels smelled clean. The kitchen equipment was sufficient and of high quality. There was tea, olive oil, salt, various spices, and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. Every detail had been considered so that you could cook and enjoy your meal. The bathroom was also very clean. It was obvious that special attention was paid to cleanliness. Checking in to the facility was very quick. The common garden of the facility was very well-maintained. The seating area with a gazebo and sea view was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
