After reading the positive reviews on TripAdvisor and Google, we decided to give this restaurant a try. Unfortunately, the experience was a complete disappointment. While the host greeted us warmly and seated us at a table with a nice view, the good impressions ended there.
The service was abysmal—rude servers who rushed us through the menu, snatched it from our hands while we were still deciding, and managed to mess up our order not once, but twice. Portions were shockingly small and the menu was almost entirely seafood, which wouldn't have been an issue if the quality had matched the price.
The clams were pre-frozen and tasted stale, the French fries were rock-hard and reeked of fish, and the so-called 'tzatziki' was nothing more than yogurt with garlic powder and a sprinkle of cucumber. The calamari we ordered smelled like wet dog and were inedible.
To top it off, many of the staff couldn’t communicate in English, making an already frustrating experience even worse. The soap dispenser in the bathroom broke in my hands, and there wasn’t even any soap available.
The prices suggest a high-standard, authentic culinary experience, but the only thing high about this place are the prices. Avoid...
Read moreTerrible service!!! I was there with my boyfriend last summer and we were waiting 20 minutes for the waiter to arrive and to take our order. Finally when he came he seemed totally unbothered and make us feel uncomfortable with that attitude. After we got the food he was standing right next to our table with the owner of the place and they were staring at us the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy the food. It looked like they want us to finish our meals faster and go so new customers could come. Also, they charged us for the water and the bread that we never ordered. And of course we had to wait another 20 minutes for the check. !!! Important thing to mention: the owner is standing on the entrance and whenever a customer wants to enter (for those without reservation) he first checks their look, so if someone is well dressed he is letting them inside (probably thinks they would spent more) and for ex. when 2 girls wanted to eat there (normally dressed) he told them that everything was reserved (which was not the case) and didn’t let them go inside. I don’t leave bad reviews and i have never had commented before but these people made me feel bad and ruined my day ....
Read moreYesterday we thought we would have a lovely meal at a Beautiful place with a nice view and friendly staff.. and ......the food was delicious, only there were 4 of us and then you hope to get the meal together, because that is the intention when you go out for a nice evening. Sorry to say they did not understand that there. After 2 of us had received the main course it took at least 25 minutes and an encouragement to one of the employees before number 3 got his main course.. then they made number 4 wait again. At a certain point i spoke to the management but they did not seem very impressed.., it was busy. In the meantime tables that had come in later did get their food, also not at the same time ... so this was clearly not an incident. We then decided to pay the bill. What was most special was that the management did not seem very impressed.. they even asked if I was satisfied. If you let one of your guests leave your restaurant without having food .... then something is clearly wrong.
