Vom Essen her kann ich nicht viel sagen hatten nur einen Salat und der war nicht gut. Aber was dem Strand angeht,und um es genau zu sagen,was den liegen angeht Erste Reihe liegen kostet 30€ mindest Verzehr Die haben ben Knall Nie und niemals wird ein Grieche 30€ am Strand zum Baden geben Von dem Mal abgesehen das es verboten ist so etwas zu verlangen Ob die Schirme 1500€ kosten oder nicht ist mir egal Legal ist es sicher nicht was ihr macht! Das kann ich gerne zur Anzeige bringen. Es ist ein öffentlicher Platz wo ihr eure Schirme platziert habt 30€ am Tag verdient ein durchschnittlicher Arbeiter in Griechenland mi mou Lete malakies Was die 5 * angeht mag das vielleicht für das Restaurant gehen Und ihr liegt nochmal falsch Keiner von euer Personal hat uns um ein mindes Verzehr vorab informiert Ich habe auch die anderen Gäste speziell den einheimischen Zugeschaut da geht ihr nämlich gar nicht erst hin Weil von denen bekommt ihr NICHTS Und von mir immer hin den Kaffee was ich noch einsehe.

1/ [H παραχώρηση αφορά ομπρέλες, ξαπλώστρες, τραπεζάκια. Αλλά ΤΙ ΕΙΝΑΙ ομπρέλα, ξαπλώστρα και τραπέζι - ναι εκεί φτάσαμε]

“1. Ομπρέλες : Ξύλινος ιστός από εμποτισμένο ξύλο, σκελετός από εμποτισμένο ξύλο εναλλακτικά από ανοξείδωτο ή γαλβανισμένο χάλυβα ή αλουμίνιο. Επικάλυψη από ύφασμα, ξύλο, Rattan, πλεκτά φύκια, ξερά φύλλα, χόρτα, ψάθα, πλεγμένο καλάμι.

Ξαπλώστρες : Οι ξαπλώστρες μπορεί να είναι σταθερές ή ανακλινόμενες, ξύλινες, μεταλλικές (αλουμινίου) ή πλαστικές, σταθερές ή τροχήλατες. Επενδύονται με ύφασμα και μπορεί να διαθέτουν - υφασμάτινα μαξιλάρια.

Τραπεζάκια : Τα τραπεζάκια ορθογώνια ή κυκλικά δύνανται να συμπληρώνουν μόνο τη συνηθισμένη διάταξη-σετ (ξαπλώστρα-ι-τραπεζσκι-ομπρέλα+ξαπλώστρα). Μπορεί να είναι ξύλινα, μεταλλικά (γαλβανισμένου χάλυβα ή αλουμινίου) ή πλαστικά.”

“Απαγορεύεται οποιαδήποτε κατασκευή, που συνδέεται μόνιμα με το έδαφος (π.χ. πάκτωση με σκυρόδεμα, τσιμεντοστρώσεις, επιχωματώσεις, κλπ.)”

2/ Για την “Μουσική”

“Απαγορεύεται η τοποθέτηση ηχητικών συστημάτων στο δημόσιο χώρο. Η παραγόμενη στάθμη θορύβου' ‘ από μουσική ή σχετικές χρήσεις της κύριας επιχείρησης οφείλει να μην ξεπερνάει το 50 ντεσιμπέλ σε οποιοδήπατε σημείο της παραχωρούμενης επιφάνειας.”

[Δε ξέρω αν τα Ελληνικά δεν είναι κατανοητά. ΔΕΝ μπορεί ο “επιχειρηματίας” να διασπείρει ηχεία στον δημόσιο χώρο. Μικρά. Μεγάλα. Χαριτωμένα. Τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Μα τα θέλει ο κόσμος. κλπ.”

Η μέγιστη ένταση είναι τα 50dB. Αν η “μουσική”, κλασική, βυζαντινή, μοντέρνα, ευχάριστη, λαϊκή, σε ΟΠΟΙΟΔΗΠΟΤΕ σημείο ξεπερνάει τα 50dB είναι παράνομο.

Τι είναι 50dB;

Aν ο ήχος της θάλασσας δεν σκεπάζει την υπέροχη μουσική του υπέροχου επιχειρηματία, είναι Π-Α-Ρ-Α-Ν-Ο-Μ-Ο-Σ.

Αν έχετε μεγαλύτερη αμφιβολία, κατεβάζετε μια τσάμπα εφαρμογή στο κινητό σας, και τη μετράτε.

Επίσης: ένα ζευγάρια ακουστικά, τα βάζει κάποιος στο κινητό του, και ακούει μουσική στα 100dB όλη την ώρα. Δεν το προτείνω (βλ. προηγούμενη ανάρτηση), αλλά το δικαίωμα στην αυτοκαταστροφή δεν είναι παράνομο, όχι σε αυτό το νόμο τουλάχιστον.]

3/ [Πόσο από την παραλία μπορεί να εκμεταλλευτεί ο επιχειρηματίας;]

“Η ανάπτυξη των ομπρελών, ξαπλωστρών και των θαλάσσιων μέσων αναψυχής σύμφωνα με τις παραγράφους 4 και 5 του άρθρου 13 του ν. 2971/2001, όπως ισχύει, μπορεί να καλύπτει μέχρι το εξήντα τοις εκατό (60%) του παραχωρούμενου χώρου, με τρόπο ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η ελεύθερη πρόσβαση του κοινού κάθετα και παράλληλα προς τη θάλασσα και η ύπαρξη ελεύθερης ζώνης από την ακτογραμμή πλάτους τουλάχιστον πέντε (5) μέτρων.”

We stayed in Fourka for 3 nights and dined at the restaurant twice as well as went to the beach part ones. I have so much to say about this place. First of the sunbeds are great and the beach staff is very professional and quick. I didn't find it too pricey. Now the restaurant I can't praise enough. I don't eat seafood myself but everyone else in our group was delighted by the seafood dishes. To my knowledge the only pork option is the Pork tomahawk. I tried it and loved it. The portion is so big one could probably share it. It tasted lovely as well. This is also the place where l ate the best Greek Salad in my life! And I've had a lot of greek salad. I'm not sure what it was about the seasoning and the ingredients but that salad had no right to be this great. As far as the staff in the restaurant goes we absolutely loved them. Very friendly guys who would constantly talk to us and joke around. Amazing work all around. That's why we visited twice. I can honestly say this is the best place in the village to spend your evening or even the whole day. I particularly suggest making sure you're there in time to see one of the most magnificent sunsets...

The place might seem nice, but the serving is as they purpously try to go into bankruptcy. My friends went there in the morning and they tried to reserve sunbeds for us also. After the waiter told them this was ok and they selected the sunbeds they wanted they placed towels and a few other personal items to indicate the ocupation of the sunbeds. After a while the staff took those belongings and seated other persons on our reserved sunbeds. When we asked why they did that, the tantrum began. A guy who recommended himself as the owner told us that it is not his problem what his employee told us and he is not liable for the misinforming of his staff. He seated those persons in our place because they are some friends of his and he was also unable to find us some other seats on that beach bar. On top of that, as we were arguing, a waiter came at our sunbeds, placed poorly a club sandwich on the corner of our table that spilled on my friend s sunbag. When the owner saw that he started telling us that we spilled the food. Would not go there again even if someone...
