When I was at home and watching Rick Stein on his adventure in Greece, I was jealous at the way he was explaining the tastes. I was in Greece and to be honest I never even got close to them the way he was portraying them. Until tonight. Tristan is the freshest energy of a so simple dishes. There are few more taverns in Siviri and they don't come near the taste of Tristan. I got the seafood mix plate ( it is large size for 4 person). It was an amazing dish. You can literally taste the Sea. The squid was pure crunchy perfection as were the anchovies. The shrimp was as the sardines perfect simphony of the tastes. But my hat goes to the mussels. So fresh, cooked just right so they won't be chewie. All that was topped off with a great dry homemade Muscat wine. For desert we had their signature home made Gelato ( not ice-cream). This was an experience that would be hard to top. A visit to Siviri without a stop at Tristan...
Read moreI was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I ordered fish, and the waiter offered to remove the bones right at the table – something I’ve never seen before at a beach restaurant there. The fish was fresh and displayed in a clear cooler with ice right outside the restaurant, which I really liked.

Overall, it was a great evening. The restaurant is still quite new but definitely deserves more attention. I’m happy to give it 5 stars and...

I could not believe the quality of the dishes, it was simply above and beyond other places I sat at. The tzatziki was perfectly balanced, fried zucchini were just crispy and fresh, and the shrimp pasta had a sauce to die for! Even the feta on the Greek Salad was better somehow.
Now, I have to say that the service was below average. Although the staff were all very polite, service was extremely slow - took about 1.5h to get all of our food (2 people), and getting hold of one of them even for the bill was a mission.
I still highly recommend this place just don't rush it! Dedicate the evening to it and enjoy the absolutely amazing...
