We came the day before yesterday for the first time, we made a reservation but we were late, the answer of the hostess is that there is no place and everything is taken (as a punishment for children), she didn't even try like any smart hostess from luxury to keep us, to offer us a place at the table to wait, to drink something, she want to see our backs... o.k... when I asked if we could have lunch, she willingly let us in, as soon as we sat down I saw empty sunbeds by the pool , we weren't offered that either, (for God's sake the name is luxury and we know very well what that word offers) and instead of being remembered as hedonists who even got a bottle of wine from the restaurant, we were offered the worst place on the beach, under the speakers, they thought we are finally spending the rest of our vacation in the right place, rest, delicious food, good wine, enjoyment, rest ... but we were wrong, there is no rest here and I don't even want to come again, recommend this place to anyone!! for your money bypass this place!!

We were sat as a table of 10. We asked several times for a menu and to order, we were only served water and no one would come back for 45 minutes to take our food or drink order. Finally a woman took our order. She discussed with my husband about a chicken dish that he ordered. We received our drinks but no one would come back to order a 2nd round of drinks when we had empty glasses. When our food came everything except my husband's chicken dish. An order of mussels with linguini came instead. We told a waiter that we did not order that. My husband does not eat mussels. A manager came out with the same mussel dish and was very angry saying that we did order the mussels. We told him we ordered the chicken that we were still waiting on. We asked to speak to our waitress. He walked to the waitress and yelled at her where we could see. She never came back to our table and refused to even look at us when we tried to talk to her. Our entire table finished our meal and my husband never received his chicken, and no one would let us order more cocktails. We were able to get a waiter's attention to get a chicken dish that was delivered very reluctantly. It also took us an hour to pay since the staff was ignoring out table. Spending hundreds of dollars to be treated poorly is not how I like to spend...

One star is to much i reserve sun bets in the first row i tell the guy on phone 10 times that i want the first row he say me come tomorrow here and we will manage the best for you i came there and meet two LADYS The manage the sunbeds and they been very unfrendly i wad waiting 15 min to became a sunbet set first second row i became (not first but i was reserve) after then i became 4th row and after this i was complain why 4th row ? when i reserve the first ?! an the two ladys been then very disrespectful with me so after 15 min diskussion i was pray them to give me my sunbet i wait more then 15 min and they tell me i have to respect them so in the end me and my familiy was going out because of these two ladys its very sad BECAUSE THIS TWO LADYS DESTROY THE BUSINESS FROM MANDALA THE MANAGER HAVE TO FIRE SO A BAD AND UNFRENDLY WORKERS LIKE THIS TWO LADYS TO BE SO DISRISPECTFUL WITH CUSTOMERS AND TO HAVE SO A BAD ORGANISATION ITS EMBARRASING UNBELIVEBLE I NEVER HAD SO A BAD SITUATION LIKE THIS SO I PRAY TO THE MANAGER PLEASE TEXT ME HOW CAN I GET YOUR NUMBER TO TALK WITH YOU THIS TODAY WAS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN I HAVE TO PAY 50€ EACH SUN BET THEN I WANT TO CHOICE WHERE I CAN SEAT I THINK NO ONE OF THE TOURISTS WANT A COMANDER LIKE THIS TWO LADYS AND PLEASE FIRE THEM !!...
