And, as man sanctifies the place, the building they take care of ( Votsalo Apartaments) is " their image and likeness": clean, welcoming, warm, beautiful. The clean beach with very good quality music, attentive, discreet and joking waiters, cocktails beyond what you dream of (special thanks to Mr. Christos), the absolutely relaxed atmosphere and the discretion of the host were exactly what I wanted. Congratulations Mr. Panos, keep it up and good luck in your work. After all we might just move in; your place is so inviting and your hospitality made us feel so at home! Sajnálom, hogy ezt kell írnom, de 23 éve járunk ide és ilyen megaláztatásban még nem volt részünk! A bejáratnál kértünk 3 főre napágyat, 2 felnőtt 1 gyerek. Odakísértek, kipakoltunk, rendelni szerettünk volna, amikor a semmiért jött a bekisérő “úriember” és angolul csúnya szavakkal elzavart indok nélkül! Rengeteg üres napágy volt még, de meghallotta hogy magyarul beszélünk nem Románul vagy Szerbül - gondolom - és kiadta az utunkat! A görög szeretet eddig tartott. Emiatt az ember miatt sajnos! A görög fogyasztóvédelem felé jeleztük írásban. Azért írom le, hogy mással ez a megaláztatás ne forduljon elő. Greek Translation: Λυπάμαι πολύ, αλλά εδώ και 23 χρόνια ερχόμαστε και δεν έχουμε βιώσει ποτέ ξανά τέτοια ταπείνωση! Στην είσοδο ζητήσαμε ξαπλώστρες για 3 άτομα, 2 ενήλικες και 1 παιδί. Μας συνόδευσαν στις ξαπλώστρες, τακτοποιηθήκαμε και θέλαμε να παραγγείλουμε, αλλά τότε ο κύριος που μας συνόδευσε, ήρθε και χωρίς λόγο, μας έδιωξε χρησιμοποιώντας άσχημες λέξεις στα αγγλικά. Υπήρχαν πολλές άδειες ξαπλώστρες, αλλά όταν άκουσε ότι μιλούσαμε ελληνικά και όχι ρουμάνικα ή σερβικά, μας έδιωξε. Η ελληνική φιλοξενία τελείωσε εξαιτίας αυτού του ανθρώπου! Ενημερώσαμε την ελληνική προστασία του καταναλωτή γραπτώς. Το γράφω αυτό για να μην συμβεί αυτή η ταπείνωση σε άλλους, γιατί αυτό θα τους χαλάσει την ημέρα! 20 Αυγούστου 2024, 9 το πρωί, Votsalo Beach Bar, Κατερίνη.

We’ve been coming to this beach for years and always had a wonderful experience — the location is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service from the waitstaff has consistently been excellent. The staff truly deserves 5 stars for their friendliness and professionalism.

Unfortunately, our impression drastically changes whenever the manager gets involved. His attitude is consistently rude and unwelcoming, which dampens an otherwise pleasant experience. For that reason, the manager gets 0 stars from us.
