Kapēleió — Restaurant in Kavala Municipality

My favourite fish restaurant in Kavala. It doesn't look like much from outside, but it has a character, atmosphere and the best chef - owner. Do not ask for menu. This is not a supermarket for general public. Ask what is today in the kitchen. Spyros goes every morning to buy fresh and gets what is good. My favourite is his cooked small sharks. There are not enough words to describe the experience we had at this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, everything so delicious and interesting tastes, I didn’t know that ginger is the fish sauce would give the dish such a great flavour. The staff was so welcoming, they made us feel like home.

Everytime we’ll come back to Kavala we will eat here, no matter what. This place deserves more...

Great meal, fresh and tasty prepared fish, quick serving and real, authentic Greek atmosphere. The owner is very kind and all the dishes he served were very tasty.

Thanks to all the reviews from here, we also ordered not from the menu and we didn't regret it. Even the kids enjoy everything.
