Meltemi — Restaurant in Komotini Municipality

We visited this restaurant and unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the food at all. For three people, we paid a total of €81.

Our order included:

2 Fried Calamari

1 Fried Octopus

1 Horiatiki Salad

1 Melitzanosalata

1 Tzatziki

1 Fried Shrimp

1 Fava

The calamari was unfortunately rubbery, not fresh, and almost served cold. The eggplant dish was acceptable, but you could probably find much better elsewhere. The shrimp was served unpeeled, which made it quite inconvenient. The tzatziki and the salad were fine, nothing special.

I politely shared all of these thoughts with two of the staff members, and they were very respectful and understanding. The staff were friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, when you spend this much money in Greece, you expect better quality food.
