Thea Mare — Restaurant in Komotini Municipality

Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely wonderful! The menu was impressively written in five languages, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it included Bulgarian. Even the waiter spoke Bulgarian, which made me feel right at home while visiting Greece and being able to speak my native language.

The food was normal priced, arrived very quickly, and was incredibly delicious. We enjoyed our meal in the cool shade, all while taking in the stunning sea view. It's an incredible place for dinner.

It was a real disappointment. We had a reservation for 20:30 and we were there on time. We spend next 15 minute to ask several times to order but nobody of the service staff reacted. When i asked the host again he said “ 2 minutes”. After waiting for another 5 minutes, we decided to leave. At the exit the manager saw us and didn’t even bother to ask what is the problem. This restaurant doesn’t give any value to its customers at all. They know that next one is gonna come. I am pretty sure that this kind of policy will lead them to nothing...

Traditional Greek family restaurant with great view to the sea located in the central part of the village near the port. The food tastes very good, prices are OK and service is polite and fast.
