ΤΑ ΠΛΑΤΑΝΙΑ — Restaurant in Lefkada Municipality

Just horrible! When we were presented with the menu, the owner told us that one third of the quite small menu is not available. While ordering, it turned out that another third was also not available (who knows why...). If that's not enough, the food that finally was brought to us was just disgusting to put it nicely (unsalted chips, watery unripe tomato salad, soggy saganaki cheese, dry and though pork souvlaki with fat that almost tasted rancid and last but not least an aubergine dip that could well have been eaten twice and puked out three times!!!). The owner was very unfriendly and didn't seem to worry too much that her food might be the worst in town (probably not the first time she served that kind of food to tourists). Maybe this place once served quite decent food, but wheather it is due to Covid or not, the way we were treated at the moment isn't...

If there was a zero rating I would choose it. The food was at least horrible. I even had a hair in my main course. Everything was precooked and reheated in the microwave. The owners weren't professionals at all. We chose it because it was in the main square of the village but...

Great place! Delicious food - moussaka, souvlakis, papoutsakia (meat filled eggplant), lamb from the oven. Good prices. Free water, appetizers and dessert after the lunch. Waiter was so nice he even draw us the food if we could not understand 😂...
