Where do I even begin…

First of all, the super slow service. The place was not full and there were 3 waiters at the serving area, so one would expect the service would be rather quick, however, very unfortunately, that was not the case. We waited to catch the waiter’s attention for quite some time just so we could get our order in, and then waited for about 30 minutes to get our drinks. 2 of the cocktails were ok (a simple gin and soda and an aperol), but the 3rd one (daiquiri) was so bad it was completely undrinkable, it was pretty obvious the mixologist never took the effort to even taste it, or maybe the person making the cocktails has an issue with their taste buds. Maybe they had a cold. Maybe they were just having a really bad day.

We did give it a try it though (as we saw this place got relatively good reviews), 3 different people took about 4 sips and realised the drink was awful.

So then we decided to ask the waiter for advice. Very politely, we said the drink was not to our liking and asked for a different drink. I would like to emphasize the glass was still full, we did not try to get a free drink or whatever.

It took about 30 more minutes to get the other drink and by that time we were really fed up with the super slow service we asked for the bill. We paid for everything in cash, and it was after the waiter returned the change I noticed they had billed us for the returned drink. I reached out to them and pointed out they charged us for the returned drink, only to be told “Well, it’s not my fault, it’s yours”.

Now, I do understand the customer is not always right, but I would not expect such rude and disrespectful service from such a highly rated establishment. I will not return here and I highly suggest you...

I read similar reviews about rudeness service in this bar. Today saturday it happened the same to me and my gf. We went to this bar and once i was about to order ( after 20 mins since i sat) the waiter came to me and ordered me, yes ordered not even asking me politely, to move to other seat because we were 2 persons and the group he had were 4 persons.

Besides since there was no empty tables i asked him : where do you want me to move? And he answered me that you can share that table with that couple ( obviously such couple will be also surprised about sharing table) Once i heard this i was like are you serious?. I just stood up and left the bar. Idk whats wrong with this place but many customers had been through the same.

A very cozy cocktail bar, nice music – but that’s about it. The cocktails were good, and you could taste that the alcohol wasn’t cheap. Service was very nice, the waitress was really sweet. As soon as we sat down, she brought us two glasses of water with ice on the house, and later a small bowl of salted peanuts. We ordered a Strawberry Margarita and a Pornstar Martini. They were okay. Strangely, I didn’t see many young people around – mostly 50+. Would I come back here? More likely...
