If zero stars could be added then I would. What a bad experience. The tarama was the worst I've ever eaten, the kalamari tasted as if they had just been unfrozen. Their special salad was for the bin, the service was terrible. I don't know about other years, but 2020 is not their year for this place. They mixed up one of our orders, instead of just correcting it they kept asking if we're ok with the mixup. When the bill came they still charged the more expensive dish instead of the cheaper version that was provided. Even paying was a nightmare, had to ask for the bill 3 times their card machine wouldn't work so gave a card that worked in euros and pounds, for some reason the waiter thought it was best to charge in pounds, resulting in the card being charged higher. Restaurant is able to host many people at once but the number of staff is not enough + they are lying to its customers. I have ordered a fish and waited literally an hour. After that called the waiter to ask about my order, he didn't even come near to me after he saw our table is empty. After 8-9mins, he came over and said 'chief needs 5 more mins', I said ok since I was starving to death and in total of 1 hour 22 mins later, my fish was on the table. While ordering, I have asked about dessert and he said 'dont worry, dessert is in me, after the dinner we will bring it'. At the end of the dinner, there was no dessert, no apology, nothing. Good, even great food. However, place gets crowded and kitchen cracks under the presure of way too many tables...main dishes came after more than an hour and a half... we had some special request (no olive oil and lemon) for just one dish due to food allergy one of my kids has. But we got them cooked with olive oil and lemon...Waiter appologised for it and served new portion but we had to wait another 15 -20 min. Hungry kid is a disaster :(. Anyway, personnel made their best to comepnsate their mistake and delay. Bottle of ouzo and baklava ;) In a nut shell, if one sees Alexander full of people and one is hungry and in a hurry, please avoid it...In any other occasion I would reccomend the place.
