De Pita Bar — Restaurant in Loutraki-Perachora-Agioi Theodoroi Municipality

We recently placed an order, giving this establishment one last chance. The photos speak for themselves. The owner indiscriminately includes whatever he desires, with the exception of essential items such as voodoo pins and we found a piece of black hair, broken wings with all the bones intact. Losing 12 euros on this is hardly our concern. We have treated him well in the past, even gifting him oil during the holidays. Unfortunately, he has not changed; he has made mistakes before, delivering incorrect orders multiple times, and on several occasions, we received chicken bacon kebabs cold and charred on the outside. Never again. The prevailing attitude in the area seems to be one of intimidation, as if he can dismiss any complaints without fear of consequences. If anyone dares to challenge him, he resorts to shouting, and even E-food cannot resolve the situation. There is no compensation or replacement for incorrect or problematic orders. Very bad food and unhygienic staff. Too greasy and the food was from the freezer and not fresh like we had expected. Couldn’t reccommend less. Furthermore they arent afraid to lie to cover up the truth from my girlfriends statement in her review. They claimed that we had bought the food that we posted a picture of from another place to “ruin their business” We even saw the chef touching his leg, beard and telephone whilst making our food. It was an absolut delight comming to this place. I travel alot in greece, and I must admit when u need something fast to eat, I whant a pita. I have been In lutraki some days now, and the bedst place for a pit, is with out a doubt, this place!

The pita is original and taste really good. They have nice air-conditioning. The people working here are really nice and helpful.
