Mediocre food at best and small portions make this hard to recommend. Most drinks (soft even) are high priced and come in very small amounts. Its atmosphere is pleasant, especially on a sunny day. It's worth mentioning that the lack of electrical outlets and slow wifi can be problematic if you intend to work from here.
The stuff is usually friendly and helpful. However, I've noticed that they try to add unexpected charges at times, in case you make any alterations to the dishes, despite what they might tell you when you order. Such practices have no place in a well-known brand, and seem indicative of what you can expect from this franchise.
Update: In your reply you requested an email specifying the time and date of my visit. However, since I have visited this specific cafe multiple times in the past few years, my experience has always been on par with my review. I never leave reviews without multiple visits. Moreover, I would suggest that you don't fixate on the specifics on my review in a negative mindset. Both through my personal experience from your other restaurants, and from other reviews you can see online, it seems like a company-wide restructure / policy / mindset change would go further in fixing some of the aforementioned issues. I truly believe you have potential for improvement, but it's important to realize this has to happen at a larger scale, rather than focusing on the specific personnel of this location, who I am certain try their best to meet the...
Read moreThis franchise truly needs a whole makeover. Let me explain. While they may have new items on the menu every now and then - the whole vibe is very 2010s, with a quality that constantly lowers and a price that constantly increases. Their smoothies have reached a size that's truly ridiculous. As of lately, they are served in a glass that's clearly kid-sized. Their food is usually cold and stale and the service is slow. They often forget to bring you water after you've asked. One time, a waiter asked only me if I'll leave a tip, even though he wasn't even the one who served us originally. I am rather surprised so few people have pointed all this out.
EDIT: The response given to this review sounds a whole lot like they're about to blame the possibly underpaid staff for poor management choices. There's little to no value in knowing the exact timestamp of the visits I'm...
