The best dinner experience during our Crete holiday!

Poseidon restaurant is part of the beautiful and exclusive Royal Marmin Bay Boutique & Art Hotel. First of all, the views from the restaurant are just amazing. Then, the restaurant itself is lovely, finely decorated, within a very nice hotel complex (see my attached photos and you will understand).

But the true reason why Poseidon is one of the very best restaurants in the area is the professional and beautiful people that works there! Ms. Marianna and the rest of the staff that served us make this evening to something very special! The service this night was mind blowing on a way that I will remember for the rest of my life. She obviously loves her job and is extremely attentive & delicate. Ms. Marianna made the dinner become an outstanding moment and offers a world-class service experience from the start to the end!

I want to thank so much the whole staff of the Poseidon, and especially Marianna, for an outstanding night we had at Poseidon, for such an important event to us!

An unforgettable dining experience! Restaurant Poseidon not only boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views of the sea – it also offers top-tier cuisine and truly exceptional service. The tenderloin with three kinds of sauces was absolutely exquisite, the wines perfect, and the starter – a salad accompanied by delicious Greek cheese pies – set the stage for a fantastic evening.

The staff, especially the charming and warm Vasilos and Emily, were simply wonderful – genuinely friendly, attentive, and full of heart. I celebrated my birthday here, and after dinner, they surprised me by singing and bringing out a heavenly cake with lit candles. It was such a personal, touching gesture that made the night incredibly special.

Poseidon is one of the best restaurant in Elounda/Plaka area. Food is delicious - fusion Greek cuisine with fresh fishes, unexpected flavor combinations. Perfection! The ambience is great - comfy tables with excellent view (as the restaurant is located on the hill). Last but not least - hospitality. Marianne makes the place! As a guest you feel welcome, taken care of and Marianne makes you feel special. I have celebrated my birthday there (and have two regular dinners) and thank to Marianne the dinner was special.
