The incredible combination of fresh seafood, exceptional wine, and stunning beachside views. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated on the patio overlooking the ocean. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, with a perfect blend of casual elegance and beachy vibes. We started with the mix fish and seafood plate , which was a revelation. The freshness of the seafood was unparalleled - the claims , shrimp, octopus, sardines and scallops were all cooked to perfection and served with a tangy homemade sause . The portion was generous, to say the least, and we left none of it behind! But the real star of the show was the wine list. Our server expertly guided us through the selection, recommending a crisp Sauvignon Blanc that perfectly complemented the delicate flavors of our meal. We sipped our wine as we watched the sun set over the ocean, feeling like we'd stumbled upon a little slice of heaven. And then there's the beachside bonus - we had access to a private stretch of beach right outside our table! It was pure bliss to take a break from our meal and stroll along the shore, feeling the sand between our toes and the sea breeze in our hair. Excellent food and service!! Cannot recommend enough this taverna and the beach! We stayed in the area for 10 days and almost everyday we came here, as everything was perfect: beach, view, food, service! The food is very tasty, well prepared, with high quality ingredients, right portions, it’s easy to see the greek authenticity & quality! Everything we tries was just yummy! During our vacation on the beautiful island of Crete, we had great food almost everywhere – but Taverna Vasilis at Little Triopetra Beach was truly a highlight of our culinary journey!

The breathtaking location right by the beach, the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, and the delicious, fresh Mediterranean cuisine impressed us so much that we ate there twice.
