The very first place I head to when I arrive in Alexandroupoli is this restaurant, and for good reason. George, the chef, is truly exceptional at what he does. His pasta, made from the finest semolina, is simply unforgettable perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and crafted with real passion. Every bite feels authentic and comforting, as if it carries the essence of traditional Greek cuisine but with George’s personal touch.

And then comes the tiramisu. I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. It’s silky, balanced, and just melts in your mouth, the ideal combination of coffee, mascarpone, and delicate layers that leaves you wanting more.
