We didn't make it to the pizza. The managers blamed us for coming on Saturday instead of Friday (that they though we booked). Their answer to our question why they did not call us for non shown on Friday was ...a problem with their phone (hahaha, they still live in the pre-cellulars era? - I see in the comments in Antiparos they used same excuses, must be a decease hahahaha). "Mistakes happen" as the manager claimed showing us the door. Not any interest to assist us booking in another restaurant or offering some treat while trying to book elsewhere. Nothing, no care and no sympathy at all for cancelling our Saturday dinner. 5min after we walked out in the freeze, and still try to book elsewhere, the manager saw us in their yard and still did not bother to call us if she could be of any help. Customer care at its best. Well it is not all bout a Pizza, thank God we have eaten lost of it in our lives and in the best places, but there must be a service and care to make the restaurant experience. Their attitude handling customers, travelled 40min to visit their restaurant, was really bad no matter the mistake itself... Good luck with your pizzas and goodbye. P.S. Read moreA really good pizza, probably the best you can have in Athens. Friendly service. For pasta they definitely need a wider variety. I tried my favourite "aglio olio e peperoncino" and didn't like the use of powder garlic instead of the real. Personally I didn't like it. My wife had an other pasta that was well cooked but heavy. The traditional Ceprese salad had a full ball of quality mozzarella and a very few cooked tomatoes, I personally expected something better. For all the above (one pizza two simple pastas and a Salad plus a small beer and a glass of white wine) the bill has been 84€ which I find definitely overpriced for a pizzeria in Greece. I would go again only for the pizza or...
Read moreBelow average. For starters, the maitre (old man with glasses) was extremely rude and had an attitude (relax you aren’t the maitre at the Νobu). Pizza with guanciale (more like horeca bacon) was so bad. The salad, jokes on me for ordering it. Main courses now, my nonna would have left the building.. I doubt those gnocchi are “freshly made”…. Best thing on the menu the wine, purely because it kept us drinking rather than eating. The red head waitress was very very nice and she gets the 5 stars but she can’t make the average score get any higher. Other than that, I wouldn’t NOT recommend the place since it’s a waste of...
